This 2 hour introductory class is an invitation to reconnect with your intuition and build a deeper, more trusting relationship with yourself.
Throughout this experience, you’ll learn:
What intuition is and is not
How intuition communicates with you individually
How to make decisions you feel confident about by tapping into the magic within you (not from fear-based thinking or stress responses)
The limiting beliefs you’ve taken on from childhood that may be blocking you today
What your truest desires are / what your soul aligned purpose is (not everyone figures it out fully in the first class)
You’ll be guided to reconnect with your desires, learn how to feel your nervous system when anxiety arises, and gently build trust in your inner knowing. There is no right or wrong way to move through this work, only YOUR way.

This class is all about manifesting a life you truly desire by connecting to your intuition to understand who you truly are and what you truly desire from this life.
Every decision we make is made either from faith or fear; they are both invisible, yet one feels safer than the other. This is all tied to our subconscious belief systems and in this class we will uncover why and learn how to make decisions based on aligned desire instead of fear of failure.
We all have intuitive abilities, but few of us know how to use them. Intuition Development 101 is a grounded, inclusive introduction to understanding and developing your inner knowing without bypassing fear, dismissing logic, or forcing spirituality.
In this class, you will be taught how to work from a conscious soul level when making your decisions instead of the auto pilot fear based decision making method we in modern society have been taught to work from. I will be teaching you to trust what your soul is trying to tell you and how to know the difference between intuition and fear.
This course blends discoveries in neuroscience, attention to nervous system, somatic awareness, and spiritual wisdom to help you build a clear, reliable relationship with your intuition.

Intuition Development 201 is a deepening course focused on breaking subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional conditioning that interfere with self-trust and clear inner guidance.
We will dig deep into your current belief systems, patterns and analyze them through your intuitive awareness, you’ll learn how to recognize fear-based responses, rewire habitual reactions, and make aligned decisions with confidence. This class bridges awareness and embodiment, helping intuition become a steady, reliable guide in your everyday life.
